I have 2 postpaid no.[protected]/[protected], [protected] is free call plan. Unfortunately from 15 the nov my restaurant finally closed, after that i went idea store to request pls close 4444 no & 6666 converted to prepaid. Pls adjust my security deposits with bill & diff if any let me know but they told you come on 7 th dec. I went there again twice but same reply & from next day my outgoing closed. Now my question is that if i have taken free call plan & i am paying more money for that & i told you thrice to clear bill & convert no to prepaid then why should i pay bill after disconnecting my outgoing? Now i request you to pls disconnect my both no & let me know asap what amount i have to pay & why? Thanks waiting for your reply.
