[Resolved] Idea Cellular — customer care executive behaviour and activation of data pack without requesting

I received a sms from ideacellular that a data pack has been activated in my no. It was a shock 4 me as i didn't requested 4 data activation n all. So i called customer care at 198 within 5 mins of receiving such sms, and told him my concern, but rather solving problems he talked so rudely that u must have been done something to activate this service. I denied, then he asked 4 proof. That what proof do i have that i didn't communicated to activate this service and misbehaved a lot... How any one could proof that he didn't call someone to activate some kind service. This is all billshit.. Resolve this problem..
