I have taken a prepaid phone number of idea of which I have already done the verification to call in customer care before 4 days ago, after 4 days when my number still not working and said please verify your number I call again to the customer care i asked about the verification the customer care executive told me that verification is not done, i said asked him to focus and he said behen ki lodi ja ni karta verification, ja kar le jo karna hai, and cut the phone, I called again to ask the meaning of the word he used and his name this time my call has been picked by ASHISH and he refused to tell me his name and forced me to make my call transfer to his SO CALLED senior, then my call went to KAPIL he did not help me, he told me that he can not help me and I have to call 198 again and he make my call drop some way I dont know what was his technique, I called again at 198 and I have spoken to bal kishan he told me that he can not tell me the name and he was laughing on call and disconnect my call, and ashish was also laughing on call, I want these people with the person who abused to resign from their jobs or want to shut down that call center which is running by stupid people like they are not running a call center they are selling vegetables on road, without having any sense of talking and education knowledge.
