Hi, It is very very bad service, I had done 78 rs recharge via SBI bank and My idea portal Shows recharge done but benefit is not coming .and also IDEA customer care executive is giving very bad response he is uneducated like feel . how to customer care says to customer your complaint will process after 7 Days . A lots of services are available in market if IDEA type company will provide such kind of service . Now i am very disappointed and in future i am not suggested any body to give suggestion for IDEA . Currently i am using 3 numbers of IDEA prepaid and postpaid tomorrow morning i will be disconnected or port with another ISP . Number which i am facing problem [protected].
