[Resolved] Idea Cellular — customer care executives are always busy | |
Idea customer care executives are always busy. By default packs are activated in my no and automatically balance is deducted. Whenever i try to call the customer care it always comes out to be busy. I can't understand any time i call them they comes out to be busy and busy and busy. Fed up with their service. Thrice money has been deducted from my number but due to their pathetic service i am unable to talk to their executives to resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |

To get the call details for the given number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send an SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If your e-mail id is not registered with us first register your e-mail id follow these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space> e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, we would like to inform you that you can check your outgoing call details in My Idea Application or Website.

I got message from 51998 number today.They are sending jokes without me subscribing it intentionally. One message has charged 3 rupees. I am not Interested in keeping this service. So Please deactivate this service from my number ([protected]).
