[Resolved] Idea Cellular — customer service experience | |||
Recently i am trying to migrate my idea from postpaid to prepaid and started the process on 27th of the month and i received the first call regarding the same on the very next day. I clearly stated that i am not having good experience with postpaid and also i m not convenient with the rates of postpaid but still the executive was brainwashing me with doscounts and ither offer which i dont want to prefer i just simply need to migrate my plans and the executive did not process my request from then i received 4-5 calls i have replied them with the same reason and the same experience i have experienced woth your executives. The last executive told that visit the idea customer care with valid adhaar card so that your sim will be migrated today i checked in to your care only to come to know that your executives have not migrated me yet retained to postpaid this is very irritating i had never had such experience with any other services or serive providers this is not the way you should treat your customers very ridiculous. Now i have to start the whole process again and deal with your executives again very hectic and irritating. I am now thinking to even port the sim to other service provider.
