[Resolved] Idea Cellular — data service not started

Data service is not available to my prepaid number: [protected].
I have made recharge of rs 509. Not only that i have also made a recharge of rs 102. For which i have got the following message from idea. But even today there was no service. This us the part of the message from idea:
Dear customer, your concern for data service is registered and would be actioned by 28/03/2018 03:00:00 pm. Sr no.[protected].

I lost my phone in vaddem Vasco while playing cricket not sure if some body robbed it I have filed a Police Complian
