[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deactivate the postpaid service | |||
Firstly service desk girl who constantly call us to pay the bill amount they doesn't have manners how to speak with the customers. After paid the bill we ask to deactivate the postpaid service they doesn't help for that now that sim is not activate from last one and half month still idea charged us bill of rs 850.. Who will be answerable for that bill desk doesn't present any record of the bill. Very disappointed with the service like this. Requesting you to please discontinue this postpaid plan we are happy with prepaid plan only. Hope for positive revert. Was this information helpful? | |||
