[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deactivation of my number | |||
I'm an idea cellular prepaid customer user since 2014. My number has been deactivated on[protected] without prior notification and now after 4years they say documents you have submitted are negative. How can that be?? And when i contacted the customer care they say they are not concerned regarding this. And the way they respond to customers is worst Was this information helpful? | |||

As the company told me that I can't use my number as a prepaid one they asked me to shift to postpaid n so I did. But I regret for choosing idea as my network.
