[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deducted balance unnecessarily.

What is this fraudulent practice of deducting balance on the name of mydala services, thats also without my request or concent.I have called customer services and they say that I have requested for the service.If your system shows as i have requested for the service, it is your technical fault.why should I pay for your technical issues .I checked on google that there are several victims of this fraud of IDIA.
