Idea Cellular — Deducted Rs. 59 from my account without informing me. | |||
A day before a message from idea cellular came that you have 2 days remaining validity for your mobile number. When i asked the customer care service of the company they refused to tell me the data balance and said that data pack is active and you can use it for two days. When i started using they deducted my balance also the customer care service is behaving rudely. Was this information helpful? | |||
