Idea Cellular — Deducting my offers

I have recharge with Rs.200 on 21st Nov 15 & I got a offers to recharge with Rs.169 than I got 1 GB data before recharging I have 428 MB data after recharging with this offers they provide only 500 MB data. After complaining regarding this the senior executive told that if any such offer in your number your full data refund in your number within 24th Nov 15. But still I have not got this so I request you to please see this matter seriously & resolve my problem.. Thanks & Regards Kumar Nilabh [protected]
