[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deducting service charge for service that I have not subscribed | |||||
Deducting service charge for shooting stars service that i never subscribed. I talked to customer care on 2 APR 2017 at around 12 and said that i never took this service and i don't want it, but she did not replied properly. At 2:00 PM i again go charged for the same service as renewal charge, when i called customer care i was said that charges will not be refunded. I talked to a lady named Gomti in idea customer care.
