[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — deduction of balance unnessury

Idea deducted rs. 99 from my main prepaid balance without any reason. When i called cc they behave me rudely and cant give any logical reason for deduction
They said i download something chargable content but i didnt download anything

Hate idea for this thing
I'll port out from idea my all idea number which my family using now... If idea didnt resolve this issue properly...

For the past 15 days, I have been actively getting service from my mobile number without any confirmation, and my account's belance is being deducted. When I talk to customer service empoly by calling 198 in this number, the tab gets to know where my belance is cut off. And they are also told that you have activated this service, while I do not get any confirmed confirmation message about this. When my belance is low then I have to know that my belanes have worked. Now my problem is that when I do not have any information about these services, and I do not want to take advantage of these services, then why are they not returning my money, and all these services are automatic activates How does this happen, I have suffered losses o[censored]p to Rs 500 due to these services. The biggest thing is that I am not able to take advantage of the service, even then I am paying the money for that service. I request you to help me in my withdrawal.

This recharge is done on 4th feb, 2018 via SBI net banking and amount is debited from my account and my number is not recharged and balance is not updated .

As it usually gets auto credited in the respective bank account or the application used while availing the recharge within 7 business days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the bank statement from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.

Exact same thing happened with me.
Suddenly got a sms -

Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading NewArrival_GM from INDIAGAMES.
You have been charged Rs. 21
Your balance is Rs. 5.22

Customer care was rude and said i have downloaded chargeable content. I wasn't doing anything on phone. Yes, Data connection was on at that time, as usual. I am on 1gb/d data ( approx 980 Mb was remaining when i checked after talking to the rude customer care).

Similar complaints have been coming up in forum recently which points to some fraud taking place.

Will idea look into the matter.
