[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deduction of balance without permission

Without my permission, idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account. I didn't buy any game. Right now, i'm using feature phone. I got two messages from 58010 that (Your purchased vip7 for zyapay.49 inr thank you! Support: [protected]@globalpay365.com) and (Thank you for using your idea mobile no. [protected] for rs.49.00 towards fortumo payments app on[protected]:41pm. Txn id: [protected]. Pls contact [protected]@iappgame.com for any queries along with your txn id.) Unnecessary services are activated from Idea & deduct amount under VAS services. Many more times complaint to you but last option is appil in High court.
