[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deduction of rs. 100 by idea

My 100 rs deducted for downloading animation nazara but i didn't download any. how the idea network deduct my balance. i need refund of my 100rs balance. idea network should take immediate steps to refund my balance. donot deduct unless activate confirmation given by users. refund my balance 100rs. So kindly do needful as soon as possible.

Updated by Prafulla1982 You said that i raised my complain post 24 hour but you can see your record that i already raised a complain by telephonic conversation. And why you are not ablw to refund. It is so illegal deal with your customer. I want refund of my 100 Rs. Otherwise i will go further step..

I think your apology is not the solution of a customer. You should improve your technology that unwanted download from any site or unwanted things be done by which a customer is suffering for that.
I read so many comments regarding same problem of different customer thats downloading animation Nazara.
Hence it shows that it is automatically downloaded from your company.
Please stop this kind of harassment to a customer.
If consumer complain site does not resolve the problem of a customer then with whom Customer believe ?
Please resolve my problem. I want refund my deducted money .
