Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Amit Kumar and am from Delhi. I am using Idea postpaid from last 1+ year. I deposited by bill payment to nearest idea store which was very far from my home and one day when I saw new idea store in Geeta Colony (East Delhi branch) by the name of VARUN TELECOM, I was happy to see it and i thought i would not go to very far for bill payments but the service of this idea store is very very very bad and poor. I am pissed off. This is my 3rd time when i make my bill payment from that. I gave cash to the store boy and he only give a hand written paper and says that you will received a confirmation message after 3 hours but not happened anything. They all store boys did not working properly. When I call them, they did not picked up my calls. I have already gave cash to them and they are not forwarding my payment to Idea and due to non payment I got disconnected my service and I dont want this. I always used to go their and remind them to make my payment but sometime they said that system is not working properly and server is busy it will take some time but I want to know that how much time system take to restart this is my 2nd day. Please Sir/Mam, make a necessary action agains them. They are spoiling Idea's goodwill and market value.
