[Resolved] Idea Cellular — didn't receive refund amount after doing mnp

My name is amit jain
I was having two numbers with idea and did mnp with one number in january 2018.
Till date i haven't received cheque of my balance money for that number of around 3350 rupees.
After mailing and visiting stores many times for the refund cheque on 29th may your representative called and informed me that i'll receive cheque in 20 days.
Till date i haven't received any cheque and again no response from your store or call center.
Really pathetic service.
I'm mailing you this as last hope.
Or else i'll go to consumer court.

On may for three months and th plan was 1.4 gb data per day and unlimited calls but since last night i lost my voice call facaility and i lost my main balance ..
