I am Manoj. I have an issue regarding your customer helplines.
I applied to Tuesday for Port in Idea. This is [protected] my Airtel no. I wanted to port in Idea. In this regarding i talk with miss.. kiran.
She sent a man to me to get the document and advance payment. At 4 o'clock in the evening, the man meets me at my office (PFC Corporation's.)
He would take me the document and 100 rupees and give me the new SIM of IDEA and say that till the evening your no. Will activate. But that day my no. Does not activate.
The next day I get a calls from a girl. She called me for document verification. He has a little problem on the phone, so to file a document, I have given him a soft copy of his documents and an address match. tfr858.[protected]@gmail.com On this mail id.
She told me, now your no. soon Will be activated. But this evening (Thursday evening Evening / Sep 28, 2017, date / 20:33 time) From [protected] a boy calls me, he asks me to get a document again. And I let it clear all over again but the way I talked about it was a bit futile.
I was feeling disappointed to talk to him. And in the end, he talked to me with a big bang and said that he Will not activated my no.
And when I told him because of his bad temper, I did not even Do not have to want activate my no. port and return my 100 rupees, then he told me that money will not be refund and what you can do. And disconnected the phone.
I'm really disappointed with all of this. If you are disturbing me even before the number is ported then what will happen next.
And you say you fully believe in customer satisfation. I really want to take your plan but I also have to look at your help to connect with you how much you support the customer. If I lose 100 rupees, I do not have any problem but if you do lose your customer by doing such a thing then you may lose a lot in the future because the many participants are competing in the market.
I hope you will resolve my issue ASAP.
