[Resolved] Idea Cellular — disconnection of my mobile number without prior information

I have been using my idea number [protected] from last 14 years. I have been posted out of india now and have been using the same number whenever i visited india, however there was difficulties in payments as idea doesnt have any network support in my country and cannot receive otp but i was making payment time to time with late fees. However now they have disconnected the number without any prior information to me. I stopped receiving the monthly bills in february and now when i checked with customer care, they said it has been disconnected and had been alloted to third party. I would like please help with my case as this number was with me from past 14 years and is linked to my every detail. I have received no intimation from idea through email about disconnection. Please if you could resolve the issue.
