[Resolved] Idea Cellular — dispute - waiver passed by your retention team | |||||
Dear Team, My name is Prateek Oswal, I am Loyal Customer to Idea Cellular Ltd using postpaid services since long. Holding 2-Postpaid Idea Cellular Numbers i.e. [protected](Primary), [protected](Secondary). I had received a call of Anjali from your Retention Department 25 days back against My Number [protected] for Waiver Dispute and Non Payment of Rs. 976. I found an interaction with Anjali from retention department for below mentioned points. 1) After Activation of Nirvana 389/- Plan in which i was suppose to receive Rs.100 Discount(On each number) + 20% clubbing discount(on each number). 2) Late Payment Fees Discount. 3) My number was temporally disabled since more than 60 days, due to non payment because of above mentioned discount issues. 4) Loss of my business due to barring. Considering all the above mentioned issues your team has committed to give waiver of Rs.500/- on my Number [protected]. I was told to do payment of Rs.476(Paid by me as per commitment) Remaining Rs.500/- will be given as retention waiver or discount for continuing services out of total bill Rs.976/-. Today in the morning 12:43PM itself again I received a call from [protected]-Simran was there on-call from retention department, I have disclosed all the above mentioned issues to her as well to process my Retention Waiver. She said - if it been said by our team it will be process soon. Now in the evening I have given a call to [protected]-Simran(Retention department) at 03:57PM requesting her to fulfill commitment, then she was denying her teams commitment and stating different excuse & referring to call 198-Customer Care Department for the same. I didn't receive any waiver amount inspite of that my number status is on barred/deactivated mode. Its my humble request to do needful as mentioned above at the earliest. I am very disappointed with this kind of services from Idea Cellular Ltd, where no buddy is committed over there commitment. How an customer can find out a trust on such a big operator company.
