[Resolved] Idea Cellular — duplicate sim

One day suddenly my idea sim started showing no signal. So went to custom care and they said to take duplicate sim. But i could not take duplicate sim as my aadhar biometric was locked. To unlock biometric otp is sent to the idea number sim which is not working. So i need to get a duplicate working sim to unlock aadhar biometric. It's because of ideas fault that i'm denied of service. So issue me duplicate sim. I'm ready to submit other identification proofs for the duplicate sim. It's urgent. Was this information helpful?
