Idea Cellular — Error in bills - Wrong data usage calculated

My data usage plan is 300mb Rs 100/-. My usage has always been within this and my bill always between Rs 700 to Rs 1000/-. For the past few months, I am being shown data usage of 300mb in a few days and sometimes in one day. I have lodged several complaints with the Idea call centre but they just repeat the bill details. Pls go through all the complaints I have lodged. My usage remains the same (less than 300mb in a month) whereas the bill i am being presented is very very high and data usage is also being shown as very high. The current bill is Rs 1866/- after discount of Rs 1200/- that is total of Rs 3000/- against my usual bill of Rs 700-1000/-. pls check and reverse the excess billing. Bennita Ganesh [protected]

I am not satisfied with this response. This is the same rubbish that you are repeating endlessly. I have repeatedly called and complained that my usage is the same but the data usage as per your records are all of a sudden high. If you will take the trouble to go through all the complaints logged by me with your call centre as well as my history o[censored]sage and billing you will understand what I am talking about.

I was told by your call centre when I called that you are having some month end errors in your system and it would all be regularised and to wait for the bill. Now that the bill has come I see that it has gone up 3 times for the SAME USAGE.

There is no point in contacting your customer care helpline as I have done this at LEAST 10 TIMES with NO RESOLUTION.

They are a bunch of parrots who keep repeating the same thing and now you are doing the same.
