Idea Cellular — Exceedingly High Unbilled Amount

Sir, I am an idea customer with mobile number [protected]. My plan says I have 1.5 gb of 2G data for usage. After it got over, I subscribed for a booster back of Rs 250/- or 1GB-data which was yesterday. Today, I checked my unbilled amount and it was Rs 3620/-. I called the customer care and there was no help since they would not be telling details about unbilled amount. Next month, the bill may raise to[protected] and I would have to pay it regardless. Please help me. This has happened to me 2nd time in two months. I urge for an action.

Please get back to me between 10 am to 4 pm on any weekday. Currently I have paid the required amount of Rs.4000/- in order to reactivate my number which is way too high as per my usage. I would really appreciate if you could help and waver the over head amount.
