Idea Cellular has charged my mobile number double the actual bill amount saying that I used data beyond the limits which is not right. I ported to Reliance Jio within 3 days of bill payment which was my last billing cycle and now the excess amount bill is sent to me with double the monthly rental. Even after writing so many email I got no satisfactory reply from the company.
Now they made me pay the amount saying that will stop the service of my number which is my primary number.
