Idea Cellular — F&F Pack activated without giving request. [protected]

F & F Pack was acticated without any request given by me. two numbers are actived in F&F in which one number kept my number. i.e, [protected] and another number which i dont know. Regarding this i requesting you to please take action on Idea and do favour. If correct action taken against Idea, which will not repeat to other customers. Thanks Regards Ravi.D [protected].
