[Resolved] Idea Cellular — for useless bill and convert to prepaid | |||||
To Idea company Subject - for sending me useless bill against my plan and to convert my idea sim in idea prepaid network. Dear respected sir/madam Respectfully i am stating that i am praveen kumar. I live at chhawla in new delhi. 110071 I had been using my postpaid no. [protected] for last four years. But for last four months i was getting useless bill amount on my this postpaid no. I have visited 9-10 times in four months at idea outlet in roshan pura najafgarh 110043. I have registered a complaint many times on idea customer care also. But they didn't solve my problem. Everytime they make me wrong commitment and tell a lie. They make me sure we will deduct your useless bill if you will make us payment of 1000 rs. And we will convert ur sim in prepaid network. I visited outlet also to solve this. But they also didn't solve my problem. I am so upset with this service of idea operators. Respected sir n ma'am I am a heart patient i got a heart attack on sep. 2017. I can't take any kind of stress doctor suggested me But idea service is giving me lots of stress this time. I don't have any problem to pay my genuine bill for two months. 15 nov to 15 jan 2018. It's 824 rs only. I cn pay it but i wl nt pay anything extra beside it. Idea had stopped my services after 15 jan 2018. I am nt able to use my this no for last two months. So dear sir/ma'am First of all it's my request to solve my problem to convert my no in idea prepaid it's a humble request. Because i am a heart patient Otherwise i will take legal action against my complaint i will take help of delhi police, consumer court and trai etc. To solve my problem. Verified Support Mar 14, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, the bill has been generated accordingly as per your plan, pack and usage charges. Also, you've been charged while using WAP service for the mentioned number. Hence, we express our inability to reverse the same and we request you to kindly clear all your dues to avoid the inconvenience. We would like to inform you, that the waiver was passed for December month bill towards value added service charges and the same is reflecting in January month bill. However, to migrate your connection from postpaid to prepaid you need to visit the nearest My Idea Store along with your valid documents. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.
