[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Forcefully activated dialer tone without my knowledge | |||
Sir/madam, I am using this idea services since long. I have never asked for the dialer tone to set to my mobile no.: [protected]. I do not know how without asking the dialer tone is forced to my phone for which they charge rs. 249 for 1 year. Idea cellular just sent me a sms on date 18-may-2016 from number 54300 and mentioned that they have charged me and activated the service. This is sorry state from the best service provider idea that they are trying to earn more money by doing such cheating. I do not need any dialer tone.
