[Resolved] Idea Cellular — fraudulent ways used to deduct my mobile balance | |
Hi, i had lost my mobile balance 66rs. It is geeting deduct automaticlly in my mobile number (Protected). I got one message at 26/2/2018 at 1:32 am it saying i had downloded newarrival_gm from india games which i did'nt see or know i were talk to customer care and she was saying it is chargable code which deduct at time when i on my mobile data but it was not done by me. Please take this faudulent issue done by idea sim provider seriously as many of the customers are facing the same recently as i came to know when i enquired. I want to refund my money. My valuable time and money is wasted because of this fraudulent works. Was this information helpful? | |
