[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — fraudulently added outstanding amount to reject my port out request

I submitted a request to port out and then got calls from idea's retention team to continue with idea but i refused to stay with their network and now when their retention team's tactic didn't work they have fraudulently added 54 inr as outstanding amount so as not to let my port out request go through. My last bill due was ~175 inr still i made a payment of 180 inr so that i don't have any outstanding amount and get my number successfully ported out. But these people are so devious that they have fraudulently added 54 inr as outstanding amount in my account so as to refuse my port out request. 3days ago i called their helping to register my complaint who told its "technical" error and gave me this complaint # c[protected]. I got a mail with same complaint number which said that the complaint will be resolved in 11 hours but in morning i received another confirmation that said "dear customer, we are unable to process your interaction acknowledged earlier via communication id c[protected]. Regret the inconvenience caused. " i called their customer care helpine again and asked why there is still outstanding amount in my account and he again registered a complaint and asked me to wait for 5 more days. I asked him what happened to my yesterday's complaint and he said that no such complaint was registered yesterday! What is this bull # going on? First these people asked me to wait 11 hrs and theb when i called them asking status of my complaint, they are saying no such complaint registered and ask me to wait for another 5 days. 3 days ago i sent them an email for my complaint for which they said they would reply me (Ref : e[protected] within 48 hours but it has been 3 days and i haven't got any reply! I have recorded all telephonic conversations with their executives, immediately remove all fraudulent charges and let my number port out or else i am going to drag them to consumer court!

Obvisously there is no outstanding amount now as I had already paid that amount but Why was I forced to make payment of INR 54? Give me the reason why and how you added 54 into my account as outstanding amount when I had already paid my previous bill in surplus ?
