Dear madam/sir
I got my number ported from idea gujarat circle to idea up east. After porting i was told to get an frc done for rs. 240 in which i would be getting 1gb data/day plus calling and sms for 1 month. I got my frc done at idea store sitituated at mangalam tower, 13 civil lines, golghar, gorakhpur. My number got ported on 29 april 2018 after which i started using internet services of idea. The internet got exhausted on the early morning of 2 may while i was surfing. When i downloaded my idea app to find out reason why it was not working, i was surprised to see the internet balance as 0.0 mb. I also saw the recharges made to my account was in two fragments one was of rs. 179 and the other one was of rs. 52, the total of which amounts to rs. 231 whereas i was charged rs. 240, (9 rs. Extra). I went to the store early morning at 10 am and asked them about this and also how did the data pack get over when i had 1 gb/day for my use, i was told by their one of the representatives that i had 1gb for 1 month which got exhausted that's why i was not able to use internet services. Their this change of reply left me ashtonished. Further i was told by them that if i wished to use internet services i need to recharge my account with rs. 199. That was a setback for me. When i asked the about the frcs made and about the money charged extra they said rs.5 was the sim charge (About this i was said at time of porting that sim would be free of cost), still the left over balance rs. 4 they did not have any response regarding this that why did they charge me rs. 4 extra. I am attaching the proofs of money paid and frcs below. I am also attaching available frcs during that time along with the reply from @idea_cares
After getting no satisfactory response from the store, i complained online on official twitter handle of idea @idea_cares & @ideacellular. These guies also after sitting upon my complaint for 10 days said a bunch of lie that they reverted me where as no calls or emails were made by them to me in this regard. They did not even replied until i asked them about my status of complaint this morning on 12 may 2018.
Sir what i want is idea should apologize for its mistake and give me what it promised i. E. 1 gb data/day for 1 month. Else i would be left with no option than to go to consumer court with my complaint to get appropriate compensation for subjecting me to this mental tension.
