As i want to change my post paid no. into pre paid no. . For this i went to your store at vinayak enterprises in chattarpur, New Delhi. first at 11.10 am at that time i was told that no idea executive is here. when i asked at what time that respective person will come, one lady working their named mrs pooja told me that she don't know who will come and told you can come, after 2-3 hour. but not informed who is on duty. I went again in evening at 7.20pm for that purpose that lady miss pooja shouted on us and told us no executive is here and she dont know her executive name and told us that why dont you go on other idea store. So kindly I request you, to change my idea no [protected] into prepaid and i want serious action against that lady.
