i opted a post paid scheme of idea vide number [protected] with a plan of Rs. 477/- (may be somewhere nearer to that i forgot) suddenly in the month of March 15, they alert me by mail and sms that my internet usage have crossed 512 mb free and more usage which already billed for Rs. 1870/- whereas the fact remains i never use so much of data in the mobile because the fact remains the speed is virtually pretty low.
ultimately being aggreived i prefer to port my number with some better service providers and request for port. for nearly 5 time idea rejected the request on the wake of outstanding bill whereas the bill period is 15th to 15 but after 15th of march 15 though the bill amount paid, they were taking the stance of outstanding bill. there again i paid Rs. 571/- so as to nullify any rejection. ultimately when i receive bill for March and April by April 15th i found there is an over payment of Rs. 109/- remain balance in my account. i drop a request to the customer care for refund of the amount. today morning some one from customer care called and informed they cannot do anything i shall have to visit the idea shop in this matter. i am sure, even if i visit the shop they will also come out with 100 excuses as to how to harass me. when they already have my online bank payment details, this amount requested to credit to my account which too they did not do yet. i am sure idea is involved in malafide thereby cheating customer by such fake data usage information. i do hereby again advise the service to refund my money immediately.
