[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Grossly wrong and exorbitant billing by IDEA-it's not only cheating and but looting. | |||
I have been customer of IDEA with post-paid No.[protected] and the average usage and average monthly bills were Rs.350 to 400.. I have paid all my bills timely and regularly. My latest Bill was Rs.370 which I have paid on 11-3-17. (due date was 21-3-17) The tariff plan included 512 mb free data usage. On 7-3-17 there was data balance of about 387 which lasted till 10th of March. This is as SMS received from IDEA.. Have de-activated my above Idea SIM after paying my Bill and requested for de-activation was given on 16-3-17 and the SIM was ultimately de-activated on 21-3-17. With this above premise, yesterday IDEA has slapped me Bill of Rs.1380 just for 15 days, which includes about Rs.1200 for alleged excess data usage. I was stunned by this. Now my complaint is, this bill is grossly wrong ! In could not understand in which world Idea is doing the business ? Who will stop cheating and looting by Idea by raising exorbitant bills?
