[Resolved] Idea Cellular — harassment for payment of bill | |
I was having idea postpaid connection, as i lost my mobile i had asked to block my sim and permanently close my number. Now they sent me bill amount of 1092 which i never used. They are continuously sending mail and doing phone calls for bill payment. They have also send notice of n. S. Vaghela advocate highcourt. This is totally harassment from the company. Idea cellular is adding the charges for the services not taken, and then harassing the customers for bill payment. Idea is now cheating the customers and harassing them.
