Dear sir,
It is with utmost disappointment that i am writing this mail to you in regard to my porting request which i had to process 3 times as 2 of the times my porting request was rejected as i had outstanding payment pending.
For your information, i had already cleared my dues even before applying for porting. I am going to attach receipts for your reference. When i call the customer care they say its in process even though i didn’t receive any call from your side for the reason for porting.
Also in my bill, i don't know what i am being charged for an extra service which i have never availed anytime. Currently my account is 900 rs in credit.
Instead i got a call from the receiver operator regarding porting request, for which he suggested me to talk to the donor operator for the same.
Now i have no doubt that idea indeed is worth leaving, as the professionalism of staff and their harassment towards customer is still prevalent.
I would kindly request you to please get back to me to the earliest.
