It was a great mistake to choose idea because idea has worst customer support. There csr are behaving like government employees they don’t have any information and knowledge, they also don’t have any quality parameters.
I have registered a complaint on 6th march regarding misguided by idea store and idea closed my case without informing me. I called and spoke with csr vishal around 9pm on 14th march but he was unable to answer my query, i told him to transfer my call to an senior and he disconnected my call.
I called again on 15th march, agent name was mansi i explain all the things very humbly. I felt that she was new in process she took time but she could not understand the case history, i again asked to transfer my call to any senior person. She asked me for hold and after 10 minutes she told that our seniors are busy call us tomorrow in morning so we will easily transfer to senior. I told that i am hold but transfer my call to your senior. She asked me for hold and after that call disconnected.
I called again and spoke with csr kapil. He was also not capable to provide the solution and he transferred my call to floor supervisor sandeep and mr. Sandeep was also unable to answer my call questions he told that you can write an email. After a long debate once again my call got disconnected.
I called again and spoke with csr manish he transferred my call to floor supervisor zini, she listened me and registered a complaint regarding call disconnections and asked me that “we have registered your complaint and would be actioned by 22/mar/2018 12:51:15 pm through communication id c[protected]
Today on 22nd march i got a call from [protected] from mr. Abid on 10:59am and he he was also not aware about the concern. He was talking like he is arguing. He tone was very informal. He was unable to find idea store in his system which is situated at a4 sahini tower, sec 5, sahibabad, ghaziabad - 201005.
I am very surprised that idea don’t have any record regarding above mentioned address. When mr. Abid felt that he is not capable to resolve the query he told that i am forwarding your case to concern team. When i ask about time, he told that i am unable to tell you the time and after that he disconnected the call. Was this information helpful? |
