Idea Cellular — I want to cancel my order and want my money back

Hello sir i am using [protected] i have done recharge 202 with unlimited 2g data pack then by mistake i have done 178 with 1 gb net pack .when i was calling customer care they told me your 202 pack is waist u got only 1 gb .so pls cancel my 178 net recharge and provide my money back.if you cant give money back provide me talk time. pls help me as soon as possible.
