Worst idea in my life ever is buying IDEA dongle.

3 weeks back i bought IDEA Dongle. (7/9/2016)

For the past 7 days it is not working.

After my complaint via mail as well phone IDEA executive told it will be sorted out in 2 days. He told it is a signal problem after sometimeo another executive from IDEA told it is Software problem. IDEA team itself doesnt know what is the problem .. Finally i conclude it is the problem of IDEA to recruit a those guys.

Till now no response from them

Your tag line ' An Idea can change your life" is really awesome..

It has changed my life with pressure & stress and finally a mess.

They dont even reply or call back.

DONT USE IDEA SERVICE.. WASTE OF MONEY.

IDEA 4G dongle sucks...

Updated by radje Till now no response from team.. I have paid Rs.3000 on Sep 3rd 2016.. Today the date is 29th Sep. Almost a month.. Still how many years you need to refund my money.. you cant solve a small problem with a customer how will you compete in the market.. I highly appreciate for TAG line " An idea can change your life" ... Yes it will change with Blood Pressure.

Updated by radje Mr Yogesh... replying me doesn't mean you are solving. Without talking with me to whom you are discussing. Last month i.s 2nd Sep i have paid 3000rs. Today the date is 5th oct 2016.
No action towards the problem, only reaction to my message.
