I have ported my numberfrom idea to vodafone. Started the porting process on 21st, which is when my bill gets generated. My number got ported in a week. But idea has sent me a bill of rs. 713. I told idea consumer care to lower the bill. But to no avail. Idea had sent me a notice as following. What should be done? -

As per our communication, we've informed you that the bill has been generated accordingly as per your bill plan rental, usage charges, late payment charges & G.S.T. Also, you have confirned thar your concern for billing issue has been resolved as you have cleared the dues of mentioned amount as on 03/07/18.
They called me to port my sim from Airtel to Idea. They send me executive on the same day ( 9th June 18) with sim card. From last nigh I am not able to dial or receive any call and SMS on my no.
