[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea bis and changed my and without confirmation and wrong information

I want to port my number from idea. From last couple of years I m paying my bills on time and idea retention team contact me after that to retain with idea, they told me that we will give you 9GB data with unlimited national calling option and with couple of msgs. Now they are saying we can give you only 3gb data after 1 week. I need solution asap.
