[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea broadband lok adalat notice | |||
I received an email that if i paid the bill on that day i would receive one month rent free. So i paid on the same day. Yet i got billed for that month. I told them but i got no response. I had already got broadband connection from other provided and asked them to disconnect my connection yet the billed me for another month. In short Month 1: got an offer of getting 1 month free. Paid the bill. Month 2: got billed and asked them to deactivate the account. Month 3: got billed again after asking them to deactivate in previous month I am ready to pay for 1 months right now and not the 3 months as stated by them. And end this matter right now, as i am tired of this harassment from these people. Really disappointed with idea broadband. I am attaching proofs on emails and receipts below.
