For idea [protected]
1. Given dox and taken replacement sim on[protected] from deolali idea store.
2. Recharge of rs 120 done as they told us from deolali idea store
3. Sim not started on[protected] night at 10 pm as they and said.
4. On 13-9=2017 complaint forwarded thro idea store mumbai naka, nasik they inform that your dox were not forwarded contact the deolali idea store again.
5. Recd message in evening confirming that your sim ready for replacement and dox completed etc.. But sim not activated
6. Complaint again and given dox again to deolai idea store and sim activated without problem and again complaining
7. 19-9 night sim deactivated.
8. Compalint in morning at 198 they said we have raised issue and you will recieve complain no and sim will be active within 4 hours means by 1300 hours on 20-9...
9. No compllaint number received
10. Again complaint at 198. They said your dox means adhar copy not received. They did not register any complaint and asked me to contact deolali idea store where i have initially submitted dox. They asked me to be polite with such irresponsible staff you have appointed for customer care.
11. Why should i be polite with them. Because i am a customer (Football) so your people should kick me and my time and my reputation etc.
12. Given dox adhar card again at deolali idea store today evening at 1900 hours.
Now can you update me what is my fault.
1. As per talk with 198 : your idea store deolali has given me sim card without any adhar dox... So it should be fault on your staff from deolali idea store based in nashik district.
2. My sim was made active 5 days without any documents received from your idea the service provider is that, my fault.
