[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea customer service and sales | |||||
The worst experience I ever had with other service providers, sales person sold sim card with false promises (3gb 3g per Monty) but actually got only 1.5gb 3g and data cap post usage. Complained many times when I got call from customer service to upgrade my sim to 4g. I didn't paiyed my bil since no one cares about my concern. The worst part is they send me damn notice for not paying my bills. No one takes responsibility of my concern. Was this information helpful? | |||||
