I called 198 number where idea representative told we can't provide the bill details.
If now bill details than how bill amount.
Calling 198 and 12345 from past 2 days always they say idea server is down that why may be bill accumulated late.
if idea server is so slow than please I am interested to disconnect my connection.

I am also calling back on same no, its not reachable and drop the message also on same number.
Plz check and call on [protected] any time between 2 pm to 9 pm.
Calling 198 is of no use as they don't have details.
