[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea international roaming not working

The idea international roaming service not working since 16th november 2017 night 8pm (Ist). The issue is not resolved yet and we are not able to use the number anymore. No service for the sim card. Contacting customer care always saying that the issue will be resolved today. But its already 3 days since no service. The support team is saying that the issue is resolved, but i am not getting connected to the network. Even when i am trying to connect manually, its showing all the available network as forbidden.
