Dear sir,

I have Problem in my Internet connection from last one week and My problem is when i open/on the internet its shows only "E" and the up & down arrow are not showing for that the internet is not connected. its happen from last one week before that i m using the good connection. I Need a solution for this issue please help me to connect the internet as soon as possible or give manual setting for internet. My Idea Mobile Number is : [protected]

As per our communication, we've informed you about the APN settings as well as we've suggested you to dial 123456 to get the internet settings. However, we've also sent you the internet setting via SMS on your mentioned contact number. If still the issue persist, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198 for further assistance.

Respected team,
While contacting to malayalam customer care of idea the agent was using abusive words against me and supervisor desk had a very very bad approach on me.Please do kindfull they are treating customers very very badly
