Dear sir/madam,
I (Savita gopikrishna kulkarni) had post paid sim of idea card. I used it for almost two years. Since jio sim was the cheapest one, i requested for port out to jio.
Idea representatives advised me to make online payment in order to get noc for port out. As advised by idea representatives, i made on line payment of all my dues. After making online payment, i kept on calling idea to cancel my sim. Idea representatives stated having not received the payment so far. And advised me to make payment again & take up the matter with the credit card department. And advised me to make payment again. And also promised to return all extra payment made to them. Again i made on line payment.
In spite of making double payment, idea representatives kept on delaying the noc.
Hence, i was forced to disconnect my sim (Cell number [protected]).
I kept on following up idea customer service through emails & phone calls. They kept on promising to refund my amount. Recently i got an email saying that the cheque sent to me had been returned to them to incomplete address.
Neither tracking details were given to me nor the courier delivery boy called me.
Today i have received en email saying that there is outstanding amount.
I feel, this is cheating. Theerfore, i am forced to lodge complaint here. Was this information helpful? |
