Sir, i have earial idea post paid connection [protected], in 2014-15 now after using many months i convert it to prepaid. Now it is active with prepaid same no. After that many call/ sms comes to me to paid due amount, other wise legal case will file, again call from delhi 30 hazari court ([protected]) that legal advisor deepak batra lodge a case against me, tell me to talk lawer rakesh kr. Sharma ([protected]),. Since i have already paid all my dues then only prepaid start then how can it is possible. Fraud team is working in this or what the matter.. Plz. Resolve the issue. I have recharged my idea mobile number [protected] prepaid under the scheme of 249 Rs for 28 days with 2 Gb per day on 11.05.2018 . Once I got massage recharge done and benefits received but after few seconds another massage came recharge is not successful yet Rs 249 is deducted from my Paytm account. Why are you doing fraud.

Dear Customer,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that if the recharge was not successful then it will be credited in your bank account within 7 days post date of deduction. However, if you do not receive the refund post 7 days, kindly let us know with screenshot of messege that you have got after recharge along with bank statement from date of recharge till the date to assist you further.
