Sir, I have given complaint at idea for deactivation of IVR ( Dial *121# for special offers) while calling the first call of the day. But they told me that this is default for all customers so they can not deactivate the same. I am already on DND and still receiving IVR calls from idea telecom. Kindly look into the same and revert me as soon possible. I have forwarded the complaint to Trai on 20/02/2015.
